Return Policy
At Icrave creations, customer satisfaction is our top most priority. We lay emphasis on the quality of our furniture and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7 days return policy for all unused products. All tags should be intact at the time of return. Customers may return items for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to following terms and conditions:
Returnable Items
You may initiate the request for return of the Product if:
✅ Product is damaged
✅ Both the Product and shipping package have been damaged
✅ Product is defective or is not in working condition
✅ Parts of the Product or accessory is missing
✅ The Product ordered is different from what was ordered
Refunds and Exchange
· Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment made at the time of purchase. Please note shipping charges are non-refundable.
· Exchange: In case you want to exchange an item, please mention the replacement item at the time of return request. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate the exchange and ship the replacement item. The customer would bear the Return and Shipping charges.

Warranty
The warranty is 12 months for each product. The warranty is eligible for all types of manufacturing defects in the product. Repair or replacement of the product under the warranty period is subjected on the type of damage/defect. Replacement will be provided only in case the product is non-repairable.
Warranty is not applicable if:
❌ Damage is due to usage of the product beyond its intended use.
❌ Damage is due to moisture.
❌ Color of the product changed due to direct exposure to sunlight.
❌ Damage in the product is due to third party assembly.
