Once your order is placed, it will be processed and dispatched within 10 days.

2. Delivery Time: 

After dispatch, your order will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges: 

Shipping charges will vary based on the delivery location and the size/weight of the furniture pieces. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

4. Shipping Partners: 

We collaborate with reliable shipping partners to ensure your products are delivered safely and on time.

5. Tracking Your Order: 

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

6. Delivery Address: 

Please ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. Any changes to the delivery address after dispatch may incur additional charges and delays.

7. Delivery Attempts: 

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver your order. If the delivery is unsuccessful after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to re-ship the order.

8. Damaged or Missing Items: 

If you receive a damaged item or if any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. International Shipping: 

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.
